This declaration on environmental policy has been prepared in accordance with "Regulation (EC) No. 1221/2009 of the Council of the European Union, 22 December 2009, on voluntary participation by organizations in a community eco-management and audit scheme (EMAS III)". EMAS Certificate of Registration

Surface Solutions has established an environmental management system according to EU-Regulation No. 761/2001 and EN ISO 14001:2004 Section 4 to promote the continual improvement of environmental performance, publishes an environmental statement regularly, has the environmental management system verified and the environmental statement validated by an auditor, is entered in the EMAS register and is therefore entitled to use the EMAS-Logo.
